Our very own Luke was busy this summer at SpaceX interning with the Launch Pad Engineering team in Cape Canaveral at NASA Kennedy Space Center, working on various fluids engineering projects to maintain and improve ground support equipment to support launches of the Falcon 9 rocket, which recently surpassed 500 successful launches in July 2025. Assigned to projects at both LC-39a and SLC-40, the most active launch pad in the world, seeing 23 launches in internship duration. He also worked alongside engineers and technicians and gained experience with launch engineering and fluids engineering pertaining to launch infrastructure.. Congratulations, Luke! We are proud of you!
